Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Soy sauce | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Oil | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Honey | 
| ¾ | teaspoon | Ground ginger | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic; minced | 
| 1½ | pounds | Flank Steak Or London Broil | 
Directions
Mix marinade with fork in shallow dish.  Add steak and coat both sides. 
Cover and let stand 2 hours at room temperature or all day in refrigerator. 
Grill or broil or rack about 4 inches from heat, for 3 or 4 minutes each side.  Let stand 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain. Heat remaining marinade thoroughly and serve over or with sliced meat.
