Orange herb rice^

2 | tablespoons | Butter |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped onion |
2 | cups | Water |
½ | teaspoon | Grated orange rind |
½ | cup | Orange juice |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Marjoram |
⅛ | teaspoon | Thyme |
1 | cup | Uncooked long grain rice |
Directions
Cook onion in butter until tender. Add water, seasonings and orange juice. Bring to a boil; stir in rice. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins.
or until water is absorbed and the rice is tender.
