1 tablespoon | Butter Or Margarine |
2 cups | Long-Grain Rice; uncooked |
4 ounces | Uncooked Spaghetti; broken in 1\" pieces |
2 cans | Chicken Broth |
1½ cup | Orange Juice |
¼ cup | Green Onions; chopped |
2 teaspoons | Orange Peel; grated |
In medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, melt butter; saute rice and spaghetti 3 minutes, or until golden. Add broth and orange juice; bring to boiling. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes, or until rice in tender. Stir in green onions and orange peel.
