Orange rice pilaf

1tablespoonButter Or Margarine
2cupsLong-Grain Rice; uncooked
4ouncesUncooked Spaghetti; broken in 1\" pieces
2cansChicken Broth
cupOrange Juice
¼cupGreen Onions; chopped
2teaspoonsOrange Peel; grated

Directions

In medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, melt butter; saute rice and spaghetti 3 minutes, or until golden. Add broth and orange juice; bring to boiling. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes, or until rice in tender. Stir in green onions and orange peel.
