Orange rice pilaf

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Butter Or Margarine
2 cups Long-Grain Rice; uncooked
4 ounces Uncooked Spaghetti; broken in 1" pieces
2 cans Chicken Broth
1½ cup Orange Juice
¼ cup Green Onions; chopped
2 teaspoons Orange Peel; grated

In medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, melt butter; saute rice and spaghetti 3 minutes, or until golden. Add broth and orange juice; bring to boiling. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes, or until rice in tender. Stir in green onions and orange peel.
