Ingredients

1cupMargarine or butter
1cupSliced onions
1teaspoonThyme, sage, marjoram (each)
½teaspoonSalt
¾teaspoonPepper
cupChopped parsley
¾cupCelery and leaves.

Directions

Cook rice and let it cool. Melt margarine and add the rest ot the ingredients. Cook together for 5 min. Add rice and mix well. This is also good for stuffing. Aviva from Petach Tikva, Israel
