1½ cup | Raw rice |
1 cup | Margarine or butter |
1 cup | Sliced onions |
1 teaspoon | Thyme, sage, marjoram (each) |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
¾ teaspoon | Pepper |
⅓ cup | Chopped parsley |
¾ cup | Celery and leaves. |
Cook rice and let it cool. Melt margarine and add the rest ot the ingredients. Cook together for 5 min. Add rice and mix well. This is also good for stuffing. Aviva from Petach Tikva, Israel
