Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Margarine or butter |
| 1 | cup | Sliced onions |
| 1 | teaspoon | Thyme, sage, marjoram (each) |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ⅓ | cup | Chopped parsley |
| ¾ | cup | Celery and leaves. |
Directions
Cook rice and let it cool. Melt margarine and add the rest ot the ingredients. Cook together for 5 min. Add rice and mix well. This is also good for stuffing. Aviva from Petach Tikva, Israel
