Herb rice

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Raw rice
1 cup Margarine or butter
1 cup Sliced onions
1 teaspoon Thyme, sage, marjoram (each)
½ teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Pepper
⅓ cup Chopped parsley
¾ cup Celery and leaves.

Cook rice and let it cool. Melt margarine and add the rest ot the ingredients. Cook together for 5 min. Add rice and mix well. This is also good for stuffing. Aviva from Petach Tikva, Israel
