H and c's irish cream liqueur

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Eggs
1⅓ cup Evaporated milk
½ teaspoon Chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon Pure vanilla extract
⅓ teaspoon Lemon extract
¼ teaspoon Instant coffee
¼ cup Sugar
1¾ cup Irish whiskey

Recipe by: Classic Liqueurs Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well.

Bottle and let mellow in the refrigerator for at least 1 week before serving. We four this best after 1 to 2 weeks. Store in the refrigerator.

Liqueur may be served at room temperature by removing from the refrigerator an hour or two before serving. Makes approximately 1 fifth, serve within 6 months.
