Grilled sour cream burgers

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Commercial sour cream/French onion dip |
| 3 | tablespoons | Fine dry breadcrumbs |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
| 1 | pounds | Ground beef |
| 4 | eaches | Hamburger buns; buttered and toasted |
| Commercial sour cream/French onion dip (optional) | ||
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add ground beef; stir until blended. Shape into 4 patties about ½-inch thick. Grill over medium coals 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Serve on buns with additional sour cream dip, if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
