THIRTY MINUTES PRIOR TO SERVING SIX (6) CONTAINERS OF SOUR CREAM IN A 4" HALF LINE PAN AND PLACE ON THE SALAD BAR FOR SELF SERVICE. SOUR CREAM WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE SERVING PERIOD. POST AMOUNTS USED TO THE KITCHEN REQUISITIO & RETURN WORKSHEET.

INDIVIDUALS WILL BE PLACED IN A SUITABLE CONTAINER AND PLACED ON THE COLD BAR FOR SELF SERVICE. POST AMOUNTS USED TO THE KITCHEN REQUISITION AND RETUN WORKSHEET.
