Grilled buffalo burgers

Ingredients

| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Onion powder |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 4 | Kaiser rolls, split | |
| ¼ | cup | Reserved sauce for Sweet Heat Chicken Wing |
| 4 | slices | Tomatoes from Minted Tomato Salad |
Directions
Combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Form into 4 burgers. Grill or broil the burgers close to a hot flame, turning once, until done as desired, 10 to 15 minutes total. Lightly toast the rolls by placing them, opened up, near the fire for a minute. When the burgers are done, mix the reserved sauce again and dip the burgers into it. Place each burger on a roll and drizzle any remaining sauce over top. Top each burger with 1 slice of the reserved tomato.
