2 teaspoons | Dried parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon | Dried thyme |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
2½ pounds | Ground beef |
10 \N | Hamburger buns; split |
\N \N | Lettuce leaves; optional |
\N \N | Sliced tomato; optional |
\N \N | Onion |
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; ad beef and mix gently. Shape into 10 patties. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals for 4-5 minutes on each side until meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and onion if desired.
