Grilled burgers

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Sour cream
2 teaspoons Dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
2½ pounds Ground beef
10 \N Hamburger buns; split
\N \N Lettuce leaves; optional
\N \N Sliced tomato; optional
\N \N Onion

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; ad beef and mix gently. Shape into 10 patties. Grill, uncovered, over medium coals for 4-5 minutes on each side until meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and onion if desired.
