Ground beef in sour cream

Pepper to taste
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
¼cupChopped green peppers
1cupDairy sour cream
1can3oz broiled mushrooms

Directions

BETTER HOMES & GARDENS page 164 Lightly brwn grd beef in large skillet. add chopped onion ; cook until tender but not brown. Place noodles in layer over meat Combine tomato juice, salt, celery salt, dash of pepper and worcestershire sauce; pour over noodles. Bring to boil; cover, and simmer over low heat 20 minutes. Add chopped green pepper. Cover and continue cooking 10 minutes or till noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream and broiled mushrooms, drained. Heat just to boiling. Season to taste.
