1½ pounds | Ground beef |
2 tablespoons | Onion; finely chopped |

6 \N | Hamburger buns; split, toasted, and buttered |
Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and hot sauce in a saucepan; bring to a boil, and set aside.
Combine beef, onion, salt, and pepper. Shape into 6 patties ½" thick. Place on grill 3 to 5 inches from coals; cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Baste occasionally with sauce.
Serve on buns with remaining sauce.
