Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Mayonnaise |
½ cup | Parsley Sprigs |
2 eaches | Green Onions/Tops -- Cut Up |
2 tablespoons | Tarragon Vinegar |
2 teaspoons | Sugar |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Mustard -- Dry |
⅛ teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
½ cup | Yogurt -- Plain |
Place the first 9 ingredients in a blender container, cover, and blend until smooth. Fold in the yogurt. Cover and chill. Serve on cold seafood as well as green salads.
Makes 1½ cups of dressing.
