Green godess dressing

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Dried chervil |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Dried celery flakes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried tarragon |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Dried basil |
| ⅓ | teaspoon | Dried dillweed |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Dried garlic flakes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried onion flakes |
Directions
Mix all herbs and store in airtight container.
For Dressing: Mix the herb blend with ¾ C mayonnaise and ⅔ C sour cream (or plain yogurt). Blend in 2 T anchovie paste. Blend all well and refrigerate for several hours or over night to blend flavors. Posted to EAT-L Digest by Lisa Lepsy <MeLizaJane@...> on Sep 2, 1997
