Green herb dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Vegetalbe oil plus
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
3½ teaspoon Finely chopped chives
2 teaspoons Finely chopped parsley
2 teaspoons Dried thyme; crushed
¼ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Mix all ingredients in jar. Shake well before serving. Will keep for 1 week in refrigerator. Makes about 1-¼ cups.
