Green herb dressing

¾cupVegetalbe oil plus
2tablespoonsVegetable oil
¼cupRed wine vinegar
teaspoonFinely chopped chives
2teaspoonsFinely chopped parsley
2teaspoonsDried thyme; crushed
¼teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients in jar. Shake well before serving. Will keep for 1 week in refrigerator. Makes about 1-¼ cups.
