Green herb dressing

2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
¼ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
3½ | teaspoon | Finely chopped chives |
2 | teaspoons | Finely chopped parsley |
2 | teaspoons | Dried thyme; crushed |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Mix all ingredients in jar. Shake well before serving. Will keep for 1 week in refrigerator. Makes about 1-¼ cups.
