Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Mayonnaise |
½ cup | Sour cream |
2 teaspoons | Fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | Anchovy paste |
1 \N | Clove garlic; chopped |
¼ cup | Coarsely chopped parsley |
¼ cup | Sliced green onions |
½ teaspoon | Onion powder |
¼ teaspoon | Tarragon |
1 pack | (27 oz) Banquet® frozen fried chicken wing, portions |
Place all ingredients except chicken into blender container or food processor. Process until smooth. Chill several hours. Heat chicken wing portions on a cookie sheet in a 375° F oven for 25 minutes, until hot and crisp. Serve hot chicken with dip for appetizers.
