⅓ cup | Parsley (no stems) |
3 tablespoons | Tarragon wine vinegar |

Put all ingredients except mayonnaise and sour cream in blender and blend until well mixed. Then combine mayonnaise and sour cream with other ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste (easy on the salt). Makes 1 pint.
