Grape-nut bread abm

Yield: 24 oz

Measure Ingredient
½ tablespoon Yeast
3 cups Flour, bread
1 cup Cereal, Grape Nuts
½ tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Oil
1 \N Eggs
1⅛ cup Water; warm

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order, except nuts and raisins. Set "baking control" at 11 o'clock.

Select "white bread" and push Start.

Tested in DAK 1-½ lb R2D2 bread machine. Sylvia's comment: I resized this for my larger machine, since the small loaf came out nice but small. I'm VERY pleased with my modifications. This is a tasty bread that's surprisingly good for sandwiches.
