Post grape-nuts bread

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Post Grape-nuts |
| 2 | cups | Sour milk |
| 4 | cups | Flour |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 4 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| 2 | Eggs, well beaten | |
Directions
Soak Grape-nuts for 10 to 15 minutes in sour milk. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, & salt. Alternately mix in with dry ingredients the Grape-Nut mixture and the eggs. Place in a greased and floured loaf pan and let stand for 30 minutes. Bake at 375 F. for 35 to 40 minutes, or until done.
