|1 cup||Dry red wine|
|¾ cup||Red wine vinegar|
|¼ cup||Sesame oil|
|½ cup||Olive oil|
|6||Cloves garlic; sliced|
|3 tablespoons||Fresh ginger; chopped|
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, whisk to emulsify.
NOTES : Best used for meat, marinate flank steak overnight and then grill on the BBQ.
