Marinated garlic

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Heads garlic
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Sweet sherry
½ cup Cider vinegar
¼ cup Honey

Measure marinade into a sauce pan, add garlic and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer vigorously for 1 minute.

Remove from heat, pour into jar, cool and cover. Leave at room temperature for 2 days, then refrigerate for 20 days before using.
