Garlic marinade

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Olive oil
3 Cloves garlic crushed
¼ cup Wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

In a jar with a lid, mix all ingredients well and store in refrigerator.

Makes 1 cup. For a sweeter marinade (ideal for chicken breasts) and ¼ c honey and 2 tbl Dijon style mustard.
