Seafood marinade

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Vegetable oil
⅓ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
1 \N Clove garlic, crushed
3 pounds Fish or seafood (shrimp,
\N \N Scallops, etc.)
\N \N Mix marinade. Pierce fish
\N \N On both sides with fork.
\N \N Arrange in shallow baking
\N \N Dish
\N \N Pour marinade over fish.
\N \N Marinate in refrigerator at
\N \N Least 2 hours, turning~
\N \N Occasionally
\N \N Broil or grill, basting with
\N \N Marinade
\N \N Serves 6 to 8.
