Asian marinade

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Fresh orange juice
⅓ cup Fresh lemon juice
⅓ cup Fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
½ cup Low sodium soy sauce
3 \N Whole scallions -- thinly
\N \N Sliced
\N \N White, lt. green onl
1 small Jalapeno -- sliced thin,
\N \N Crosswi
½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
8 \N Thin strips orange zest

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use to marinade shellfish, chicken or pork.
