Garlic and mint marinade

Ingredients

¼cupMint leaves, fresh or dry
4Garlic close, crushed
cupPeanut oil
½cupRed wine vinegar
4tablespoonsSherry
2tablespoonsSoy sauce

Directions

Chop the mint finely. Mix in the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Place meat in marinade for several hours, turning occasionally. Drain the meat before placing on the grill.
