Cranberry and apple salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Uncooked cranberries
1 pack Sweetened lemon-flavored gelatin
1 large Thin-skinned orange
1½ cup Water
1 \N Red apple
1½ cup Sugar
1 cup Chopped celery
½ cup Nuts

Chop cranberries, apple, and orange with food chopper. Add sugar, nuts and celery.

Combine gelatin and water. Follow directions for temperature of water. Stir until dissolved. Cool until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold. Serve on crisp lettuce.

Garnish with mayonnaise.
