Cranberry pineapple salad

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Gelatin -- 6 ounces
Raspberry
1¾ cup Boiling water
1 can Cranberry sauce -- 16 ounces
Jellied
1 can Crushed pineapple -- 8 oz
Undrained
¾ cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ cup Walnuts -- chopped
Lettuce leaves
Mayonnaise or salad
Dressing

In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Break up and stir in cranberry sauce. Add pineapple, orange juice and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Stir in nuts. Pour into an 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. dish. Chill until firm. Cut into squares; serve each on a lettuce leaf and top with a dollop of mayonnaise. Yield: 12 servings Recipe By : Taste of Home
