Carmel pecan pie

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon All purpose flour
½ cup Butter, melted
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 Unbaked pastry shell
1 cup Pecans, coarsley chopped

Combine sugar and flour, mixing well. Add butter, eggs, milk and vanilla; stir until well blended. Pour mixture into pastry shell; sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until set. Makes one 9 inch pie. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 10-22-95
