8 larges | Potatoes; boiled in their skins, peeled & grated |
½ \N | Stick butter; melted |
2 cups | Sour cream; |
⅓ cup | Onion; grated |
2 cups | Colby cheese; grated |
3 \N | Cloves garlic; pressed |
½ teaspoon | Salt; |
½ teaspoon | Black pepper; |
1 can | Cream of mushroom soup; |
2 tablespoons | Butter; |
2 slices | Bread; dried overnight, made into crumbs |
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except 2 Tbl. butter and bread crumbs well and place in 9x13 pan; combine butter and crumbs and spread over top. Bake 45 minutes.
