Chefmad's potato casserole

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 larges Potatoes; boiled in their skins, peeled & grated
½ \N Stick butter; melted
2 cups Sour cream;
⅓ cup Onion; grated
2 cups Colby cheese; grated
3 \N Cloves garlic; pressed
½ teaspoon Salt;
½ teaspoon Black pepper;
1 can Cream of mushroom soup;
2 tablespoons Butter;
2 slices Bread; dried overnight, made into crumbs

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except 2 Tbl. butter and bread crumbs well and place in 9x13 pan; combine butter and crumbs and spread over top. Bake 45 minutes.
