Easy potato casserole

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Thawed hash brown potatoes |
| 1 | can | Cream of potato soup |
| 1 | can | Cheddar cheese soup |
| 1 | cup | Sour cream |
| 1 | medium | Onion, minced, if desired |
Directions
Put all ingredients in a greased 2½ qt. casserole and bake covered 1 ⅓ hours at 325 degrees. Garnish with paprika. You can substitute other cream soups, if desired. I use cream of onion and cheddar cheese. Submitted By DOROTHY THOMPSON On 04-26-95
