Potato/cheese casserole

Measure Ingredient
8 mediums Potatoes
1 can Cream of chicken soup
¼ cup Melted margerine
1½ cup Sour cream
1½ teaspoon Salt
Pepper to taste
1 small Onion, chopped very fine
1½ cup Grated sharp cheddar

Cook 8 medium potatoes in salted water with a bay leaf. Let cool. Peel and grate coarsely. Put in greased 9x13 baking pan. Mix together and pour over potatoes remaining ingredients. Cover and bake 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle top with: ½ cup grated cheese ½ cup crushed potato chips Bake a few minutes more.
