Super potato cheese casserole

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Russet potatoes, cooked, peeled and shredded |
| 1½ | cup | Sour cream |
| 1½ | cup | Swiss cheese, shredded |
| 1 | medium | Carrot, shredded |
| ¼ | cup | Minced onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Minced parsley |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dill weed Dash pepper Paprika to taste |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except ½ cup Swiss cheese and paprika. Turn into buttered 1½ quart casserole; sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake in a preheated 350 oven30-40 minutes.
