(irish) potato casserole

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup Onions; diced
1 can Cream of chicken soup
16 ounces Sour cream
½ cup Melted margarine
8 ounces Grated sharp cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Thaw potatoes about 30 min., then mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
