Swiss potato casserole

| 1 | Pkg.; (2lb) frozen southern-style hash brown potatoes | |
| 8 | ounces | Shredded Swiss cheese | 
| ¼ | cup | Margarine or butter | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour | 
| 3 | cups | Milk | 
| 1 | Tsp. salt | |
| 1 | Tsp. onion powder | |
| ½ | Tsp. white pepper | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Nutmeg | 
Directions
Source: Pillsbury Easy Holiday Recipes (my favorite kind - EASY) Heat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 in. (3 qrt.) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In sprayed baking dish, combine potatoes and cheese, toss to mix Melt margarine/butter in a large saucepan. Stir in flour; cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add salt, onion powder, pepper and nutmeg; mix well. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Pour over potato mixture. 
Bake at 350F for 55-65 minutes or until mixture is set and top is lightly browned.
