Baked potato casserole (m_c-tx)

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
5 larges Potatoes, cooked and diced
6 \N Slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1½ pounds Shredded cheddar cheese
1 pint Sour cream
2 \N Bunches chopped green onions (sauteed in bacon grease)
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325 .

Serves 10-12.
