Carolina mustard sauce

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Dijon must.
¼ cup Whole seed must.
¼ cup Hot german must.
¼ White vinegar
¼ cup Olive oil
½ cup Unsweetened apple juice
½ A lemon juice
1 Whole of a shallot diced
Pepper to taste

combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk to emulsify marinatw chicken for about 3 hours you can mix and match other herbs to your own taste .
