South carolina mustard barbecue sauce

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Yellow mustard
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon White pepper
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
5 dashes Tabasco, or to taste
½ teaspoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Butter

Combine all ingredients except soy sauce and butter in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and butter. Use as a basting sauce for barbecuing or as a condiment for grilled pork or chicken.
