Creamy mustard sauce

1 1/4 cups

1cupBasic White Sauce
2tablespoonsOnion(s), minced
2tablespoonsButter Buds Mix, liquefied
½cupWhite wine or chicken broth
tablespoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonParsley, minced
Black pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare Basic White Sauce; keep warm. In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook the onion in the Butter Buds until softened. Add the wine and cook until reduced to 2 tbs. Whisk the mixture into the sauce with the remaining ingredients. Stir over low heat until warmed through.
