Black pepper-mustard sauce

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Light cream |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dijon mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Liquid used for steaming or fish stock |
Directions
Whisk cream and mustard together in small saucepan; stir in pepper and set aside. Add steaming liquid to pan. Bring sauce to a boil, remove from heat and serve.
