Directions

CAJUN FLANK STEAK

Flank steak is an inexpensive, low-fat cut that needs to be carved against the grain for maximum tenderness. Homemade Cajun spices add zip.

1. Whisk all ingredients together an dpour over steak. 2. Marinate 3 hours. 3. Broil or grill 4 to 5 minutes per side or until medium rare. 4. Slice against grain into thin slices.
