Baked steak

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Round steak, cut in serving sizes
2 \N Jars beef gravy, or make your own
¼ cup Green pepper, cut up
\N \N A sprinkle of dried onion

Roll steak in a little flour. Brown in skillet with a little shortening.

Put browned steak in a roaster. Cover with gravy. Add onion and green pepper sprinkled on top. Cover roaster with lid. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Check steak occasionally to make sure steak doesn't bake dry. Posted to TNT - Prodigy's Recipe Exchange Newsletter by Mom4ajob@... on Jul 7, 1997
