|1 large||Round steak, cut in serving sizes|
|2 \N||Jars beef gravy, or make your own|
|¼ cup||Green pepper, cut up|
|\N \N||A sprinkle of dried onion|
Roll steak in a little flour. Brown in skillet with a little shortening.
