Baked steak

| 1 | large | Round steak, cut in serving sizes |
| 2 | Jars beef gravy, or make your own | |
| ¼ | cup | Green pepper, cut up |
| A sprinkle of dried onion | ||
Directions
Roll steak in a little flour. Brown in skillet with a little shortening.
