Measure | Ingredient |

1 large | Round steak, cut in serving sizes |
2 \N | Jars beef gravy, or make your own |
¼ cup | Green pepper, cut up |
\N \N | A sprinkle of dried onion |
Roll steak in a little flour. Brown in skillet with a little shortening.
