Prick the beefsteaks several times with a fork. Submerge them in eggwash and season with a little salt and pepper. Once fully seasoned cover the steaks in a generous amount of flour and deep fry in oil until fully cooked through. Cooking times depend on the size and thickness of the steaks.

Serve with fried potatoes.
