|1||Box Chocolate Cake Mix|
|1||Bag (14-oz) caramels|
|¼ cup||Evaporated milk|
|1 cup||Chocolate chips|

Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour ½ of batter into GREASED & FLOURED 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 15 min. Mix caramels, margerine and evaporated milk on low heat until mixture is smooth and caramel is melted.
Pour over partially baked batter, sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips and nuts. Pour remaining batter and bake for 20 - 25 min or until done(toothpick comes out clean from cake mix). Garnish with Ice cream or Whip cream.
Haven't tried this yet. Let me know the results. Also not to slight the origial owner of the recipe but I have no idea who the original author is.
