Basil-sesame dressing

| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped fresh basil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped Italian parsley |
| ½ | cup | Olive oil |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sesame oil |
| Pepper; to taste | ||
Directions
Whisk together all ingredients. Add pepper.
Yield: ¾ cup.
