|4 tablespoons||Extra virgin olive oil|
|24||Basil (well; more or less ;-) leaves|
|A few drops of lemon juice|
|½ tablespoon||Pine nuts|
The following are my favourite (simple) salad dressings for raw vegetables.
I have some other recipes (e.g. mayonnaise), but they are quite complicated and not yet formatted...
Put all ingredients in a blender until smooth. This is perfect also with boiled vegetables.
