Sesame salad dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 Clove garlic
2 tablespoons Tahini
1 teaspoon Honey
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Ground cumin
½ cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper; to taste

MAKES ¾ CUP DAIRY-FREE

In blender, combine all ingredients and process until well blended. Tate for seasoning. Serve over mixed salad greens.
