Sesame tahini salad dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Lemon juice
½ cup Tahini
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 \N Garlic cloves, or to taste
2 tablespoons Tamari or soy sauce
½ teaspoon Pepper, or to taste
½ cup Water

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. You may prefer to add a little water for a thinner dressing. Use on salads, steamed vegetables, or baked potatoes in place of butter or margarine.
