1dashRed pepper sauce
Grated Swiss cheese
6cupsBite-sized romaine lettuce
3tablespoonsDry white wine
1teaspoonInstant beef bouillon
Grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoned croutons

Directions

Toss onions (cut into rings) and romaine in 4 individual salad bowls.

Heat oil, wine, sugar, bouillon and red pepper sauce to boiling, stirring occasionally. Drizzle hot dressing on salads; sprinkle with cheese and croutons.
