Vegetables with beef boboli pizza

2teaspoonsCornstarch
¼teaspoonGinger; ground
¼teaspoonSugar
2teaspoonsSoy sauce
2tablespoonsDry sherry wine
½teaspoonGarlic; minced
½poundsSirloin steak; 2-1/2\" strips
1tablespoonOil
1cupBroccoli florets, fresh
½cupRed pepper; sliced
½cupOnion; sliced
½cupMushrooms, fresh; sliced
½cupBeef broth

Directions

Combine cornstarch, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, sherry and garlic. Add beef strips and toss. Let stand to marinate 15 minutes. Bake Boboli shell on ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes, or until crisp. Heat oil in skillet. Add broccoli, red pepper, onion and mushrooms; saute. Remove and keep warm. Add meat mixture; cook until meat is brown. Add beef broth, bring to boil and cook until mixture thickens. Add vegetable mixture. Spoon into cavity of Boboli shell.
