Yield: 6 servings
|1 \N||(10-inch) boboli OR- flat bread|
|1 cup||Spaghetti or pizza sauce|
|2 cups||Sliced mushrooms or onions or- green peppers or- olives|
|1 cup||Shredded low fat cheese (cheddar, jack, or mozzarella cheese)|
Preheat electric oven to 400 F. Place bread on a baking sheet; spread with sauce. Top with choice of vegetables and cheese.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and is golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
