|½ pounds||Lean ground beef|
|Quick Pizza Crust|
|1 teaspoon||Dried italian seasoning|
|¼ teaspoon||Fennel seeds -- crushed|
|¼ teaspoon||Dried red pepper -- crushed|
|1 can||Pizza sauce|
|1 medium||Green pepper -- cut in|
|1||Green onion -- sliced|
|¾ cup||Mozzarella cheese --|
|¼ cup||Grated parmesan cheese|
Prepare quick pizza crust (recipe follows). Preheat oven to 450 F.
Heat large skillet over medium heat until hot. Crumble beef into skillet. Cook, stiring to separate meat, until no pink remains. Pour off drippings. Sprinkle italian seasoning, fennel seeds and crushed red pepper over beef. Spread pizza sauce over baked pizza crust.
Place green pepper and onion over sauce; top with beef mixture.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
